Ms. Chandley has been practicing law for more than 27 years. She has represented international mining companies in litigation, regulatory compliance and transactional matters. In addition, she has advised corporate clients on acquisition and development of mining assets and projects, international exploration, real estate, land use, permitting, environmental regulation, water rights, mineral rights, and indigenous peoples’ issues.
Most recently, Cynthia was a Partner and Practice Group Leader of the Natural Resources section at the law firm of Snell and Wilmer, L.L.P. in Phoenix, Arizona. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Geology from Mansfield University and her law degree from the University of New Hampshire.
